As of March 2024, La Panetteria Ristorante has been exclusively owned and operated by Executive Chef and Owner Hector Playuk and his wife, Laura Olave. Together, they continue the restaurant’s proud tradition of delivering an authentic Italian-Argentinian dining experience, combining exceptional cuisine, warm hospitality, and the rich culinary heritage of both cultures.

With over 30 years of culinary experience, Chef Hector brings his passion, expertise, and dedication to every aspect of La Panetteria. Alongside his wife, Laura, they have created a welcoming, family-owned restaurant where guests can enjoy traditional homemade dishes, quality ingredients, and personalized service.
